Inside Sales Administrator
BittWare, a Molex Company, designs and manufactures enterprise-class FPGA hardware that enables customers to deploy solutions quickly and with low risk. We are the only FPGA brand-agnostic hardware provider of critical mass able to address enterprise-class qualification and lifecycle requirements for customers deploying solutions in volume. Our Concord, NH office is currently looking for an Inside Sales Administrator. This is a full-time position with the benefit of a flexible, hybrid working from home environment.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Working in a small, highly motivated team, the successful candidates will work alongside our Inside Sales Representatives to support pre-sales/post-sales requirements of the Business Development Team:
- Create quotations as required
- Assist in generating sales forecasts
- Assisting in generating sales reports
- Help coordinate and follow-up on open issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work cross functionally with other departments in the organization
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Diligent with follow-through on open issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- BSBA/BBA or equivalent experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems
- Knowledge or passion for Technology
