The CVP-13 is obsolete, meaning that we do not plan any more builds and have ended any support for this product.
Most CVP-13 cards were sold through retailers, and support was exclusively through the retailer of purchase. Software and warranty falls under the retailer’s responsibility.
While there is still an active community of users mining and developing for this card, we are not able to give advice or guidance for crypto miners as to the capabilities of the CVP-13 or sources for mining software/bitstreams.
We are available for discussions on development of acceleration cards supporting crypto mining. As of this writing, we do not have plans for a public/consumer-level product offering targeting the crypto mining market. If you would like to work with us to develop such a product, please visit our custom products page.
If you purchased your CVP-13 from BittWare and you need support, please use our BittWare Developer site. Note support would be limited to direct purchases from our sales team.
If you own a CVP-13 purchased from another retailer or as used from a 3rd party, you will need to connect with them for any support including software or documentation.
