Manufacturing quality standards

All BittWare hardware is manufactured to comply with the IPC-A-610 standard. Standard products are compliant with Class II. However, we can build to Class III if requested.

Equipment and Capabilities

• BittWare is staffed and equipped for in-house board reconfiguration and rework by certified IPC inspectors and assemblers, including BGA re-work.
• There is a thermal chamber on site for engineering validation and production testing of ruggedized products.
• All boards are functionally tested after final configuration. BittWare has the equipment necessary to completely test all features in all platforms manufactured.
• MRP system keeps accurate records of all finished goods and in progress inventory, enabling BittWare to track test records and configuration history of all boards built.
• Entire manufacturing area is static safe
• Facilities and staff dedicated to system integration and assembly capable of production volumes
