- BittWare’s EMS partners provide an on-line customer portal so that we can monitor production yields and quality results of our products during manufacturing, almost real time, to the product serial number level, at all test and inspection points, and all major work centers.
- Quality results include “drillable” reports to the defect code and reference designator level.
- BittWare has close to real time access to key automatically refreshed reports from our partners ERP system so that we can monitor, inventory position, materials availability, in-process and completed shop orders, and shipment histories.
- BittWare’s EMS partners' test capabilities include full Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) of visible solder joints and component markings, Agilent 5DX inspection of all hidden solder joints, In-circuit & Flying Probe test, Full or JTAG Functional Test, Burn-in, and ESS (Environmental Stress Screening).
- Both BittWare and our EMS partner utilize shop floor control systems which include forced routing control to “mistake proof” full execution of key production, test, & inspection steps prior to shipment.
